As in her other new poetry collection, Never More Beautiful, Carol Bellhouse cooks up a feast for all senses. I will never again look at beets the same way.
This one scrappy book! I think every woman has had a man like "the cowboy" in their life. Another thumbs up from me.
Carol has done it again,. With each poem you can feel the sensuality, love and heart felt raw emotions. She draws you in. You are there experiencing right along with her, joy, sorrow, caution, love, passion and so much more. Very well done. Can't wait to see what more she has.
Sensual, poignant, heartbreaking . . . Loving the Cowboy grabbed me on page one and wouldn't let me go until I finished it. I will look for more poetry by Bellhouse.
